SAMUEL SLEDD and B-R-R-RADFORD

You are looking at jolly Mr. Samuel Sledd and his little sidekick B-r-r-radford. Samuel is made for aged and painted osnaburg with dreamy eyes, a big icy carrot nose and an awesome madhatter style hat. He is dressed in aged homespun check.

He is 21" tall and his little paper clay pal is 4" tall.

He has layers of sheer gentlemanly ruffles for a collar, a wool felt heart and brown laced up boots. His hat is covered in vintage mica and his nose has a generous dusting of course glass glitter.

The calling card on his hat reads: "Cold Nose Warm Heart".

SHABBY HEARTS ON WINGS

These little ornaments are just the right touch for the valentine tree or window display. They are affordable enough that you can give one to all those special Valentine's you have been thinking of!

The wingspan is about 6" wide and the heart is 4" tall. The heart is made of aged ticking on cotton batting and the wings are cut from osnaburg and batting and are backed by the red ticking. The swirl is done in a sheer pinstriped and is topped with a vintage rhinestone button. Shabby perfection!

TESSA TRUFFLE

This young lady did not want her photo taken! She came to the photo shoot missing her wings and had to have a wardrobe change ordered for her little heart banner! I did manage to capture a few fleeting glimpses of her however.

She is really a tiny and slender thing...considering all those truffles she cannot live without! She is a slender little chocolate bunny and is about 17 inches tall if you count the top of her hat.

She is dressed in chocolate and hearts! She really does have angel wings. Her pantaloons are red and white polka dot, and she has white and chocolate striped legging with red shoes.

Her polka dot heart carries a banner that says: "Nobody knows the truffles I've seen". You can see the rest of her photos in the slideshow below!

YOUR WINGS ALREADY EXIST-MIXED MEDIA COLLAGE

This canvas has been waiting patiently for some inspiration!

This is a mixed media collage done on a deep, wrapped canvas. It measures 8X8 by 1-1/2" deep. I used decorative papers, old sheet music, paints, inks and stains. It reads: "Your wings already exist. All you have to do is FLY". The deep sides are painted black and white, so no framing necessary. See the slide show below for all the great detail.
